Shop Floor System
At Sprague Europe we are an independent service provider that provides our customers flexible and custom services to enhance the supply chain. In order to support the quality of our services it is import to have a well-oiled shop floor system that supports this.
Our team is running and maintaining an in house designed shop floor system with a fully integrated quality management system. We fully integrate traceability, accountability, and process management to ensure quality and security of all the assets of our customers.
ESD protected
With handling micro electronic components, it is key that Electro Static Discharge (ESD) strictly controlled. Without these precautions, material becomes invisibly damaged and will fail in the field over time.
With 45.000 square feet ESD controlled shop floor we take the quality and protection of our customer’s assets serious. Our dedicated quality team monitors and audits periodically all ESD related measures, like the protectional clothing, humidity controlling installations, grounded surfaces, workplaces, and ionizers.
Our yearly awareness training and exams ensure that our full team are involved in ESD control and improvement.

Data security
In a world of data, it is important we protect our customers and their most important assets (trust and data). We ensure that your data is protected through our high secured warehouse, our trained personal, and our shop floor system.
Based on the received commodity and part number our shop floor system automatically initiates a forced routing procedure. All materials follow forced processes and undergo certified data wiping, certified data deconstruction, or certified (temporary) storage per the requirements of our customers.

Traceability
In order to establish quality, you will need to record and trace all movements within the company. Our ISO certified integrated quality management system is at the heart of our organization, to support our team to establish the quality we believe in.
Our shop floor system registers and controls all movements of in-house components, orders, and personnel actions. Responsible personnel ensure that no material is lost.
Reporting
For our team, and for our customers, it is important to report stock levels, capabilities, operational results, work in progress, and other KPI. Automated custom reporting to internal and external stakeholders can be easily setup on demand.

How does your Sprague protects the data of the customers?
The access of data within Sprague is managed by the internal shop floor system and is not accessible from outside of the company. Local servers ensures that information stored cannot exits the building.
Customer data received on HDD, SSD, and Tapes undergoes treatment within closed cages with metal detection and personal background screening protocols to ensure no data will enter or exit this area.
How does Sprague protects there product from ESD damage while shipping?
All products shipped are send in protective ESD Shielding bags. These bags ensure us that there is no ESD hazard.
How does Sprague ensures that the quality is maintained by all staffmembers?
Every department within our company requires a certain skillset. these skills are being trained and examed periodically by the responsible supervisor or quality coordinator.
Although every teammember is trained and examed, crucial processes are always closed of with 2 pairs of eyes, and additionally a percentage will be audited by the quality department.
How does Sprague garantee warranty?
In order to guarantee our 12 month warranty we keep a wide stock on all end of life parts. In worst case we would not be able to recover a component anymore, it will be replaced with our stock parts.
In the case we do not back our warranty with repair anymore it would be acknowledged before hand and you will get 100% money back of the repair or purchasing price.
