We are an independent service provider. Based on our extensive knowledge, capability and experience, we provide our customers with customized service logistic solutions.
 
Sprague differentiates itself from other service providers by being able to recertify used parts. We have methods and procedures to harvest and qualify parts to be able to re-use parts. This enables us to provide products other solution providers can’t.
 
With our in house engineers we are able to create procedures based on customer requirements. We are actively monitoring service returns to improve our processes and advise our customers how to improve their processes as well.
 
Sprague collaborates internationally with several companies and is a founding member of the Technical Services Consortium.  Although we operate on the international market, all tests and subassemblies are performed in the Netherlands.
