For more than 25 years we have demonstrated our dedication to finding solutions to execute board and micro mechanical repair.
Our in-house product engineers determine the root cause of failures, and design new processes to repair them. All of our repair team have experience working without schematics or Bill of Materials, and with End of Life products.
Key to this success is our reverse engineering and even re-manufacturing of parts and sub-assemblies. These efforts have a huge impact on reducing environmental waste, as well as saving you money and increasing the availability of EoL parts.
Process Development
Key to managing costs and customer relations is the quality of our products. We have developed a proprietary closed process whereby we test all parts against pre-determined specifications.

(De)Kitting
To shorten the supply chain, while bringing positive impact to the environment, it is important to make the inventory flexible. Kitting and de-kitting gives the opportunity to harvest needed subcomponents from returns and create new FRU parts on demand.
Within Sprague Europe the shopfloor system is capable of fully tracing the harvested parts from returns and report these back to the owner of the stock.
ECO
Returning parts to the manufacturer is a costly and time-consuming logistical exercise. Whether it’s done as a recall or for an upgrade, it’s not something you should have to take care of. This is where we come in.
We will implement this process within the normal inbound flow and route these against a custom process based on your needs.
Warehousing
Looking to grow your business within EMEA, or needing a short term solution for stocking equipment? We have a solution. By combining our high security building and in house shop floor system, we can guarantee the safety of your products.
Within our facility it is possible to have a dedicated cage with metal detection, 24/7 CCTV and limited personnel access. This can be used for warehousing, or implemented into your in- or out-bound logistical processes. Only pre-approved employees will ever be able to access this secure area. Let us keep your data and products safe, while you focus other things.

How does Sprague guarantee that the quality of the service is maintained?
The processes within Sprague are integrated within our system. All steps are managed and maintained by our shop floor system and undergo forced routing. All new processes are thoroughly tested in a closed environment before being rolled out to customers.
Can companies located in the UK, US, or Asia use your location for warehousing or routing?
We provide warehousing, repacking, and screening services to customers and ”competitors” in order for them to buy and resell in EMEA without making high traveling and duty expenses.
