Closed Cage
When entrusting your stock to another location, it’s important that security and traceability are in perfect shape. Alongside our experienced staff and proprietary, in house built and maintained shop floor system, our facility in the Netherlands provides separated closed cage areas with dedicated inbound and outbound logistics.
We monitor these areas with 24/7 security cameras, and keep the doors permanently locked. Access is only possible after our specialist, pre-approved, background checked team have signed in, passed through a metal detector, and scanned their personalised entry cards.
By filtering inbound and outbound logistics through dedicated and separated access points, we ensure that nothing and no one can enter or leave the closed cages without our knowledge.
We scale our closed cages to match and address your needs, and can always build partitions or entirely new areas. It is our goal to provide a dedicated service that will grow with you.
Assembly
Assembling orders with careful registration and reporting is what makes your supply chain successful. Manual or automated picking, packing of single, series, or bulk orders with same day dispatch – we cover it all.
By extending the service life of goods through (de)kitting or upgrading, we reduce the movement of goods and give you a more flexible stock, helping the environment along the way.


Packaging and Assembly
We are eager to provide sustainable solutions to your logistics, by reducing the carbon footprint and environmental impact of shipments. One of the ways we do this is using recycled packaging materials, including our boxes and foams. This allows us to reduce reliance on new products.
All of these improvements are recorded and help to support your green goals. Our packaging materials and methods are flexible and can be changed to match your custom solutions.

What is the minimum volume to set up fulfillment with Sprague?
There is no minimum volume in order to setup fulfillment by our team.
Is my customers data stored safely within Sprague?
Customer data is removed after shipping, however isolated data can be accessed on internal servers to retrieve proof and accountability in the case of an inquiry from our customer.
Where is the warehouse located?
Our headquarters and warehouse is located in Nijmegen in The Netherlands.
It is strategically located with direct access to the most important route to the main land off Europe.
How does Sprague ensure full tracebility?
Every component within our company is registered and trace from the beginning to the end by our shop floor system. A component is always located at a physical location, person, or order, and cannot float in the system.
Based on the serialnumber we are able to historically trace back complete FRU’s and subassemblies.
